Why are people acting like Doctor Who has...
-dunham: toclafane: The show has been around for sixty years.  There has been some any different origin of the Daleks, Cybermen, etc.  Rule changes.  Canon added and subtracted based on the current showrunners’ feelings.  For fuck’s sake, it is a family show about a time travelling alien.  Continuity does not exist in Doctor Who no matter who is running the show.  The best you can do is hope...
